Coronavirus (COVID-19)

With the coronavirus affecting communites and countires worldwide, we are acting on preventative measures to stop it from spreading.
The government have imposed a self-isolation rule for all those who have travelled internationally, to stay at home for 14 days upon arriving here in Australia. At TRMC, we are screening all calls and asking questions to help with triaging our patients and protecting our staff and other patients in the clinic.
If you have come into contact with someone who has travelled overseas or if you are showing respiratory symptoms (cough, cold, fever, shortness of breath), we ask you stay at home and self isolate. If your health deteriorates, please call the DHHS hotline on 1800 675 398 or call us at the clinic and the receptionists will triage.
If you're needing an appointment, we are requesting you stay in your car and phone us from the carpark. We will guide you from here.
With this outbreak continuously changing, the advice from the Department Of Health and Human Services is also updated regularly.
