Fatigue, dizziness and weakness are all signs of Iron Deficiency Aenemia, Once diagnosed, Iron Deficiency can be treated with Intravenous Iron Infusion. This procedure the administering of iron intravenously by a doctor over the course of about an hour. Patients must sign and present an Informed Consent Form prior to this procedure, which can be downloaded here.
