FURTHER INFORMATION
PRESCRIPTIONS
We encourage patients to have a consultation with their doctor for repeat scripts, so medical care can be reviewed at the same time. Appointments for scripts alone will be bulk billed.
HOME VISITS
Made at the doctor’s discretion to known patients if appropriate within our normal operating hours when attendance at the surgery maybe physically impossible.
MEDICAL CERTIFICATES
A consultation is required by law to obtain a Medical Certificate.
QUICK CLINIC - NOT RUNNING THROUGH COVID-19 PANDEMIC
Is a 6 minute appointment available on Tuesdays and bulk billed. This is for one issue only, eg. repeat scripts, ongoing referrals. A quick review of test results if your Doctor sees fit.
TEST RESULTS
We recommend you book a telehealth appointment to discuss all results (Telehealth offered throughout COVID-19). Outside the pandemic, we may not be able to offer phone consults, therefore an appointment with your doctor will need to be booked. Your doctor will advise if you will receive results in another way.
Non urgent recalls are sent via a secure SMS.
TELEPHONE CALLS
You may leave a message with reception requesting a doctor to return your call. When doctors are consulting they are unable to take telephone calls, but they will return your call as soon as possible which may be in the evening after consultations.
