Should your Insurance provider or Superannuation Fund require a medical examination, these can be performed through consultations with our Doctors. Generally these examinations will require a longer appointment, so please notify our receptionists when phoning for an appointment.
When booking your appointment please bring the following with you to the consultation:
- Medical Examination Insurance, or Superannuation Fund paperwork; unless prior arrangements have been made to send this to us electronically
NB: Please check prior to presenting for your appointment whether you are required to fast for any specific tests (this is usually noted on your paperwork).
Any information that is gathered during the assessment will be sent directly to the requesting Insurer or Superannuation Fund. A copy of your results can be obtained through your usual GP if you nominate them to receive the results. You will then be able to arrange to collect the results from your GP.
