Fees for these patients are only charged on a SATURDAY session.
Payment is to be settled on the day of consultation and we accept Credit Card and EFTPOS. Our friendly reception staff can also process your medicare rebate at time of payment.

Throughout COVID, Telehealth was a life line for patients and doctors alike. Looking after the health and wellbeing throughout a pandemic brings many challenges, whilst maintaining a safe and effective approach to quality care.
Medicare has changed the criteria for telehealth billing, so you may have noticed we've had to adjust our online bookings for face-to-face appointments ONLY.
If you would like a telehealth consultation, please call reception and we can make sure the criteria is met before scheduling your appointment.
This will help avoid any confusion and possible non-rebatable appointments; we're happy to talk you through this and answer any questions you may have.
If you do not meet the Medicare criteria but would still like a telehealth appointment, we can help you! There will be a private fee of $78 payable at the conclusion of your consult, and this does not attract a rebate.
