Billing + Fees
Health Care Card Holders are billed at a reduced rate. We bulk-bill Pension Card Holders, DVA Card Holders and children under the age of 16 throughout the week.
Saturdays attract fees for ALL patients.
Concession Card Holders and children will incur a reduced fee.
Depending on your appointment type/length and any extras involved with your consultation, fees may vary.
If you are experiencing financial hardship, please speak to your doctor at the beginning of your consultation.

If you would like a telehealth consultation,
please call reception and we can make sure the
required Medicare criteria is met before
scheduling your appointment.
This will help avoid any confusion and possible non-rebatable appointments as Medicare has changed the criteria for telehealth billing.
